Welcome to CatsQuant. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CatsQuant platform, website, software, analytics, and related infrastructure services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by CatsQuant Systems GmbH, a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland and registered in Zug, Switzerland.
CatsQuant Systems GmbH provides non-custodial software, analytics, systematic deployment infrastructure, and related technology services for digital asset markets.
The Platform may include:
Access to certain services or infrastructure may be restricted and subject to onboarding, qualification, contractual review, jurisdictional limitations, or internal approval procedures.
Users are responsible for ensuring that access and use of the Platform is lawful within their jurisdiction.
The Platform and all associated materials are provided for informational and infrastructure purposes only.
CatsQuant Systems GmbH does not provide:
Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments or digital assets.
CatsQuant Systems GmbH operates exclusively on a non-custodial basis.
CatsQuant Systems GmbH:
Users retain sole custody and control over their exchange accounts, wallets, assets, credentials, and risk configurations at all times.
Users remain solely responsible for:
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate operational security and safeguarding their credentials and systems.
Access to certain services or infrastructure may be subject to subscription fees, usage-based pricing, licensing arrangements, or separate contractual agreements.
Payments may be accepted in fiat currency, digital assets, or other approved settlement methods where permitted.
All software, infrastructure, analytics, interfaces, content, documentation, models, strategy logic, branding, and related intellectual property associated with the Platform remain the exclusive property of CatsQuant Systems GmbH or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for authorized internal purposes only.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, modification, or misuse is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Users agree not to:
CatsQuant Systems GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Platform, users, infrastructure, or legal interests.
While CatsQuant Systems GmbH seeks to maintain reliable infrastructure and operational standards, uninterrupted availability, continuous access, execution outcomes, or future performance cannot be guaranteed.
CatsQuant Systems GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatsQuant Systems GmbH shall not be liable for:
Trading digital assets and related financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of capital.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Subject to applicable mandatory law, the courts of Zug, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform.
